We are looking to incorporate a Cluster Sales Manager into our commercial team.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare, develop, and oversee commercial strategic plans and budgets to achieve company objectives, under the guidance of the Cluster Head of Sales.
- Supervise, train, and guide the sales, reservations, events, and groups teams of the Balearic hotels.
- Following the guidelines of the Cluster Head of Sales, establish and monitor pricing policies, sales conditions, and distribution channels, in coordination with the Revenue Management team.
- Monitor and optimize sales in all segments and channels.
- Negotiate, monitor, and develop current and new accounts for the hotel and its outlets.
- Monitor and drive the positioning of the hotel and its outlets.
- Prepare periodic reports analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Organize and attend Fam trips and Press trips.
- Plan, organize, and execute commercial actions, visits, and trips.
- Follow the annual communication plan and support the Public Relations department in planning, executing, and evaluating press releases and visits.
- Follow the annual marketing plan and support the Marketing department in planning, executing, and evaluating the annual marketing strategy.

Minimum requirements
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar position in the luxury tourism sector.
- English C1 - other languages will be valued.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team in multicultural environments.
- Adaptability.
- Availability to travel.
- Driver's license.
