We are looking to incorporate a Cluster Sales Manager into our commercial team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare, develop, and oversee commercial strategic plans and budgets to achieve company objectives, under the guidance of the Cluster Head of Sales.
  • Supervise, train, and guide the sales, reservations, events, and groups teams of the Balearic hotels.
  • Following the guidelines of the Cluster Head of Sales, establish and monitor pricing policies, sales conditions, and distribution channels, in coordination with the Revenue Management team.
  • Monitor and optimize sales in all segments and channels.
  • Negotiate, monitor, and develop current and new accounts for the hotel and its outlets.
  • Monitor and drive the positioning of the hotel and its outlets.
  • Prepare periodic reports analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Organize and attend Fam trips and Press trips.
  • Plan, organize, and execute commercial actions, visits, and trips.
  • Follow the annual communication plan and support the Public Relations department in planning, executing, and evaluating press releases and visits.
  • Follow the annual marketing plan and support the Marketing department in planning, executing, and evaluating the annual marketing strategy.

Minimum requirements

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar position in the luxury tourism sector.
  • English C1 - other languages will be valued.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team in multicultural environments.
  • Adaptability.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Driver's license.
