Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate F&B Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the service team at the Xtian restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, unforgettable experiences for our guests, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating the various points of sale (restaurant, bar, room service, etc.)
- Managing F&B budgets, implementing improvement strategies and ensuring cost control
- Articulate and ensure communication with other departments
- Managing complaints
- Ensuring compliance with company rules and procedures
- Control and supervision of HACCP standards
- Managing orders and monitoring suppliers
- Managing inventories of food, drinks and materials
- Dynamism, initiative and the ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Training, guiding and motivating the service team, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism

Minimum requirements
- Proven experience in management roles in high-quality restaurants
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality and quality service
- Knowledge of Alentejo and portuguese cuisine is an advantage
- Food safety certification is desirable
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
