Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, we are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Trainee with solid knowledge of Google Ads and a performance-oriented approach to digital advertising campaigns.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the agency to design, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns worldwide.
  • Design, implement, and optimize Paid Social campaigns (mainly Meta Ads).
  • Explore new opportunities in terms of audiences, ads, placements, and platforms.
  • Analyze audiences and apply different full-funnel acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creative assets, targeting strategies, and budget allocations to optimize performance.
  • Monitor and work towards achieving KPIs (traffic and conversion objectives).
  • Implement reporting that leads to action and conduct regular performance checks and periodic business reviews to identify opportunities and pain points, creating an action plan to achieve goals.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Monitor competitors and other brands in the same sector to stay informed on their campaigns.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Revenue, and IT Teams to contribute on achieving the business goals.

Minimum requirements

  • Experience on running digital campaigns on different platforms. (Google Ads control is a must)
  • Highly technical and analytical; comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges.
  • Organized and able to work on your own initiative as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills, results-oriented, excellent communication, organization, and proactivity.
  • Excellent prioritization and organization skills.
  • Confident in bringing ideas to the table.
  • Result-driven and eager to scale accounts to new heights through continual testing of tactics and strategies.
  • English C1 - other languages will be valued.
